Dmitry Serant is the General Director (CEO) of the company and he is in charge of the general strategy of the Group development and management.

Dmitry Serant is one of the most efficient company managers in Russia. In 2007 he was awarded the title “Top Manager 2007 within the Russian Federation”. Numerous projects for heat and power facilities construction, reconstruction, and upgrading were carried out under his supervision both in Russia and abroad.

Under the management of Dmitry Serant the companies implemented the following important innovations: introduction of project-oriented management matrix structure for power project implementation; application of 3D design system based on PDMS (AVEVA); development of a branch network; development of new lines within the engineering business.

In 2005–2009, Dmitry Serant was at the head of SibCOTES company, while in 2004–2005 he was SibCOTES’ Executive Director. Between 1996 and 2004, he ran COTES-M and COTES-Sibir companies. At that time, he personally participated in such international projects as rehabilitation and commissioning of Tuncbilek TPP (Turkey), Skawina TPP (Poland), etc. In 1992, he took part in setting up COTES as a shareholder and Director for International Business.

Dmitry Serant graduated from the Novosibirsk Institute of Power Engineering with a diploma in Automatics and Telecontrol, and Novosibirsk Institute of Economics and Management, with a diploma in Economical and Financial Management.
