COTES confirms its compliance with standard ISO 9001:2008

COTES has confirmed its compliance with the requirements of international quality management system ISO 9001:2008 and the results of the assessment made by SGS, a Swiss auditing body, have proved it. In the course of the auditing process SGS officers have visited COTES (Novosibirsk, Russian Federation) and COTES KAZAKHSTAN (Pavlodar, Republic of Kazakhstan).

The auditors have noted the following strong points of the company:

• Goodwill, competence of the staff striving for continuous improvement;
• Dynamic growth of the company;
• Long-term stock of orders;
• High level of automation of document management and operation procedures;
• Application of staff appraisal system and advanced training for the employees.

The new ISO 9001:2008 Certificate will be valid for COTES and COTES KAZAKHSTAN. Availability of the Certificate is an additional guarantee of enterprise reliability both in domestic and international markets.
